Returns and Exchanges

We greatly value your patronage and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Should the need arise for an item exchange, we are here to assist you within the scope of our policies. Please note the following criteria for eligibility:

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must remain in its original packaging and condition.
  • The product should not exhibit any signs of damage or use.

Please send the item back to us, accompanied by a $8.50 fee to cover return shipping for your desired exchange item. It is important to note that you bear the responsibility for shipping costs and any potential loss or damage during transit. We strongly advise insuring your package and obtaining a tracking number for added security.

Should we encounter inventory constraints preventing the provision of a different size, we will issue store credit, which remains valid indefinitely. Please be aware that items marked down or designated as final sale are not subject to exchange or refund.
