Returns and Exchanges

We so appreciate your business and will do everything we can to ensure you have a great experience with us.  We realize from time to time, you might need to exchange an item.  We will be happy to do so as long as the item is still in stock and not on SALE.  To be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  •          Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving order.
  •          The product is in its original packaging and condition.
  •          The product is not damaged and not used.
  •          Ship item, plus $7 to cover return shipping for your exchange item to the address below.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and the risk of loss or damage to the product, so please insure your package and get a tracking number.  In the event we are unable to provide you with a different size due to a depleted inventory, we will issue store credit.  Our store credit never expires. All items marked down or on sale are final sale. We DO NOT offer refunds.
